Paleo Biscuit Recipe

Gluten, Grain, Dairy & Lactose Free

We all enjoy biscuits for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. Paleo friendly recipe gluten, grain, trans-fat and dairy free. No wheat flour baked with almond flour and coconut flour.  No dairy almond milk used for baking. Almond flour and milk are a well kept secret. From the almond nut. Coconut flour from the tropical coconut plant. Like your warm biscuit drowned in butter? No problem, Homemade Almond Butter Recipe is below. Ingredients can be purchased at Whole Food Market or Trader Joe's Market. Homemade biscuits not store bought with unhealthy preservatives and additives. Any left-over biscuits just refrigerate and serve later.  For preservative additive free biscuits purchase organic ingredients.

Paleo Biscuit Recipe

Makes 9 biscuits


- 6 egg whites

- 3/4 cup almond flour

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

 -1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- ¼ cup almond milk

- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

 - Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt together in a large mixing bowl.

 - Pour in coconut oil and almond milk. Set aside

 - In a medium bowl whisk egg whites until they are very frothy.

 - Fold the egg whites into mixture until well combined.

 - Divide approximately 1/4 cup of dough onto the baking sheet

 - Optional top each biscuit with dash of almond butter.

 - Bake 15 to 18 minutes until the tops are golden brown.

 Serve warm or refrigerate.

 Serve warm with almond butter.

Note: For batter consistency may have to add more almond milk. Used your baking instincts for desired consistency.
