            Homemade Almond, Coconut and Flax Seed Milk Recipes

The Paleo Diet excludes dairy. Paleo Diet Recipes alternatives for dairy milk are almond, coconut and flax seed milks. Add these homemade milks to you Paleo Diet Recipes. Easy Almond, Milk and Flax Seed Milk Recipes dairy, lactose and casein free.  All milks contain calcium, vitamins and minerals. Almond Milk unsaturated fats, Coconut Milk contains saturated fats.  Flax seed Milk contains about 9% saturated fats and Omega-3 fatty essential acids.  Almond milk from organic almond nuts, coconout milk from tropical coconut plant and flax seed milk from flax seeds. Raw milks preservative and additive free. Dairy milk alternatives drink, cook and bake with almond, coconut or flax seed milk. Milks will store in refrigerator for about 2 days. 

I have eliminated dairy milk from my diet. I prefer creamy and smooth almond milk. My schedule is too busy to include these milk recipes in to my Paleo Diet Recipes cooking list. Because of consumer demand these milks can be purchased at super market,  Whole Foods Market ,and  Trader Joe's
